南派一指金光罗汉拳，源于佛门金光罗汉金刚指，为南少林寺高僧所创，是寺内镇山之宝，后隐传于民间。相传，此拳功成后浑身为金光所笼罩，故称“一指金光罗汉拳”。
本片主讲示范黄晶忠先生，向南派著名拳家师公太、莆田九座寺释如心师傅学得此拳，后经少林鹰派第三代传人释行明大师指点，使此拳更加完善。
该拳由练功方法、套路演练和技击欣赏三部分组成。练功方法包括内功、外功和辅助功，功法独特，训练手段科学；套路由32个动作组成，结构严谨，技术合理，发力凶猛，短捷紧凑，灵活多变，重点突出一指禅的功夫；技击打斗精彩，实用性强。拳谱云：“吞吐浮沉，精气神，手眼身；意气互应，功自成，拳法明；一字片马，斜侧身，护中肋；出手似箭，进连环，收如绵”。
Southern Family Single Finger Golden Light Arhat Fist,is originated from Buddhist Kingkong Finger Fist that created by the well-known monks, the treasure of the temple,then expanded in society. According to the folklore, you will be covered all golden light when you are the master of this fist, so called‘Single Finger Golden Light Arhat Fist’
Mr.Huang jingzhong, the speaker and demonstrator of this video, is the master of this fist. He is the student of Southern family famous boxer Mr.Shi gongtai and Mr.Shi xinru from temple Putian jiuzuo. The fist became more mature after Mr.Huang getting instruction from Mr.Shi xingming, the 3th generation successor of Shaolin Eagle Family.
Practice methods, exercises and skills appreciation consist of the fist. The way to learn and do practice include internal force, outside force and auxiliary force, which unique and has scientific training methods. 32 actions all together, has rigid structure and reasonable techniques, powerful force and quickly movement and flexible in action change, focus on showing Single thumb kungfu.
